The Program At the very core of Peter's message is the notion of dealing with change. As he says 'hope is not a plan'. To complement the leadership message and address the challenge of meeting change, Peter has a change management specialist joining him who will show you how to deal with your change management program and then embed the learnings you take from the Journey of Change. Each program is uniquely tailored to the needs of the group, allowing flexibility around timing and cost.
