Building goodwill and staff engagement through CSR
Peter Baines works with a small and specialist team in helping organisations implement a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platform into their business or organisation. There are many benefits from having an effective Corporate Social Responsiblity program and for whatever reason you decide to implement one, if it is not saving you money, if its not resulting in improved employee motivation and retention, its time to revisit that program.
For the last couple of decades Corporate Social Responsiblity was in the large part about employee payroll deduction programs. However, now that is merely one of the avenues of giving and probably the least effective in maximizing the value of having a Corporate Social Responsibility program.
The unique position that Peter brings is that in building a charity from start up, he understands how to maximise the value of giving for all involved. His position is that the maximum benefit will be derived when you have engagement.
Peter can provide short term advice in getting you started or work with your internal team on long term assignments through to implementation.
