Our Unique Scenario Based Training…tests and embeds the learnings.

Your team will be presented with unique challenges requiring unique solutions. They will be empowered to make decisions without deliberation and then experience the impact of those decisions.

Program Duration

This can be customised to meet your specific needs, but it generally ranges from a one day program to a three day experience. We also offer a 1-2 hour workshop off the back of Peter's keynote presentations. This has proven to be a wonderful introduction to our training programs, giving delegates an opportunity to further consider and implement the principles Peter addresses in his keynote presentations.

Outcomes

We undertake an extensive fact find to ensure your desired outcomes are understood and facilitate a post-training debrief to ensure they are delivered. It won’t be just a memorable experience but an enriching one as well. Post-training feedback is also a standard inclusion for all training programs, as well along with a range of additional post training options to support you in your ongoing learning and development.
